Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using websites, platforms and digital services operated by Aurexus Group Ltd ("Aurexus", "we", "us" or "our"), including https://www.aurexus-group.com, https://www.bioaegix.com and related products (NPTTE PharmaNG, BeatIQ).

This AUP applies to all users, including visitors, registered users, clients, partners, contractors and administrators. It supplements our Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions and any applicable service agreements.

Purpose

Aurexus builds responsible AI ecosystems for intelligent transformation. This policy exists to:

  • Protect the security, integrity and availability of our systems
  • Safeguard users, clients and third parties
  • Ensure lawful, ethical and professional use of our technology
  • Support compliance with UK GDPR, sector regulations and contractual obligations

Permitted Use

You may use our services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws, contracts and policies. Permitted activities include:

  • Accessing public website content for lawful information and enquiry purposes
  • Using licensed platform features in accordance with your agreement and role
  • Submitting accurate information through authorised channels
  • Reporting security vulnerabilities through our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Security and system integrity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or networks
  • Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities except through our authorised disclosure programme
  • Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware or harmful code
  • Circumvent authentication, access controls or rate limits
  • Interfere with or disrupt services, servers or infrastructure

Unlawful and harmful activity

  • Use services for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
  • Upload, transmit or store content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene or discriminatory
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties
  • Process special category data without lawful authority and appropriate safeguards
  • Use AI outputs to make unlawful automated decisions affecting individuals

Misrepresentation and abuse

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Aurexus
  • Provide false or misleading information in registrations or communications
  • Use services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data without written permission

Platform-specific restrictions

  • Use healthcare platforms outside authorised clinical or operational contexts
  • Override, disable or circumvent human oversight, audit logging or governance controls
  • Use AI features to replace mandatory professional judgement where human accountability is required
  • Share credentials or permit unauthorised access to licensed environments

AI-Specific Requirements

Where our platforms incorporate artificial intelligence:

  • AI outputs must be treated as decision-support unless expressly designated otherwise under contract
  • You must not rely solely on AI outputs for safety-critical, clinical or legally significant decisions without appropriate human review
  • You must not attempt to extract model weights, training data or proprietary algorithms
  • You must not use our systems to develop competing models through systematic output harvesting
  • You must report materially incorrect, harmful or biased outputs through appropriate channels

Content Standards

User-generated content (including support tickets, feedback, uploads and communications) must:

  • Be accurate where statements of fact are made
  • Respect confidentiality obligations toward clients, patients and partners
  • Not contain protected health information unless submitted through authorised secure channels with lawful basis
  • Comply with professional standards applicable to your role

We may remove content or suspend access that violates this policy.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor use of our services for security, compliance and operational purposes
  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Suspend or terminate access without notice where necessary to protect systems or users
  • Report unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulators
  • Cooperate with legal process and regulatory enquiries

Monitoring is conducted proportionately and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To report suspected violations of this policy:

Include relevant details, timestamps and evidence where available. Do not include unnecessary personal data.

Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and requirement to cease prohibited activity
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access
  • Termination of contractual relationships
  • Legal action to recover losses and obtain injunctive relief
  • Referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities

Changes

We may update this AUP as our services and regulatory environment evolve. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
