Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Aurexus Group Ltd ("Aurexus", "we", "us" or "our") has taken and continues to take to understand and address modern slavery and human trafficking risks in our business and supply chains.

Aurexus is an AI engineering, intelligent transformation and applied research company. Our flagship healthcare platform is BioAegix. We also develop NPTTE PharmaNG and BeatIQ.
Organisational Context
Aurexus is an early-stage, growing UK private limited company. Our operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom, focused on technology development, applied research and professional services. We have a small team and a supply chain consisting mainly of:
- Cloud infrastructure and software-as-a-service providers
- Professional services (legal, accounting, advisory)
- Hardware and office suppliers
- Subcontractors and freelance specialists in software engineering and research
Given our sector, scale and UK-centred operations, we assess our direct exposure to modern slavery risk as relatively low. However, we recognise that modern slavery can exist in any supply chain — including technology hardware, facilities services and international subcontracting — and we take our responsibilities seriously.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to:

- Implementing effective systems and controls to safeguard against slavery and trafficking in our operations and supply chains
- Ensuring transparency and proportionate due diligence as we grow
- Encouraging reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation

Due Diligence
As a growing organisation, our due diligence is proportionate to our current scale:
Operations
- We comply with UK employment law, including National Minimum Wage, working time and right-to-work requirements
- Employment contracts and engagement terms are documented
- We do not use forced, bonded or involuntary labour
Supply chain
- We prefer established suppliers with published ethical and compliance commitments
- We assess higher-risk suppliers (those involving international manufacturing, low-cost labour-intensive services or complex subcontracting) with additional scrutiny as engagements arise
- Contractual terms require compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applicable labour laws
We will formalise a supplier due diligence checklist and risk assessment process as our procurement activity increases.

We will reassess risks annually and when entering new markets or supply relationships.
Training and Awareness
Leadership and personnel involved in procurement and supplier management are made aware of modern slavery indicators and reporting obligations. We will expand formal training as the team grows.

Reports are treated seriously and investigated appropriately. We will not penalise good-faith reporters.

Performance Indicators
As we mature, we intend to track:
- Number of personnel trained on modern slavery awareness
- Supplier due diligence completion rates
- Reports received and outcomes
At our current stage, no reports of modern slavery have been received.

This statement was approved by the directors of Aurexus Group Ltd on 30 July 2026.
It will be reviewed and updated annually.
